Governance

Board of Directors

The board meets the third Wednesday of every month at 203 Dundas Street in London. The ARTS Project is a not-for-profit charitable organization; The ARTS Project London Inc.

A volunteer Board of Directors is responsible for the governance of The ARTS Project. Members are drawn from the arts community and general public. A healthy balance is sought by ensuring that a sample of community professionals, including an accountant, sit on the Board. An executive committee, consisting of the chairperson, secretary, and treasurer and Executive Director, guide the organizations activities.

The directors are committed to operating a financially responsible arts centre. TAP has a sound business plan, annual budget, and up-to-date statements. The project’s financial situation is monitored closely for variations from the budget.
